Mysuru, December 21, 2022: NR Group, the agarbathi to aerospace conglomerate, announced the winners of NR Golf Open & Match Play Championship at Jayachamaraja Wodeyar Golf Club on December 18, 2022. Held over two days on December 17 and December 18, the championship was organized at Jayachamaraja Wodeyar Golf Club, Mysuru.
The event witnessed around 200 golf enthusiasts participating across 15 categories. Mr. R Guru, Chairman, NR Group and Mr. Arjun Ranga, Managing Partner, NR Group presented the trophies to the winners. Mr. K. S. Sudheer Bhat, Chairman Tournament & Handicap, JWGC, Mr. B.M. Nagesh, President, JWGC, Mr. H.S. Arun Kumar, Captain, JWGC and Mr. Keerthy Kumar, Hon. Treasurer, JWGC were also present for the occasion.
Announcing the winner’s Mr. Arjun Ranga, Partner, NR Group, said, “Seeing NR Golf Open & Match Play Championship growing bigger and better every year is our biggest achievement. The overwhelming participation will motivate us to continue with our aim of strengthening the game at all levels. An open invite event, the tournament saw the participation of golfers from Mysuru, Bengaluru, Coorg, Chikamagalur, Ooty and Kodaikanal.
