Mr. R. Guru
Mr. R. Guru is the eldest son of the founder late Sri N. Ranga Rao. He successfully steered the group to being the world’s largest incense sticks producer with Cycle. He is also the chairman of NR Foundation which supports education and women empowerment projects.
An arts graduate, he is an active Rotarian and was District Governor of Rotary International in 1994-95. The Governor of Karnataka nominated him to the Mysuru University Syndicate. The Government of Karnataka appointed him as Chairman of the Mysore Agenda Task Force.
Mr. Arjun Ranga
Mr. Arjun Ranga is the CEO of N. Ranga Rao & Sons. He obtained his engineering degree from SJ College of Engineering, Mysuru and an MBA from Thunderbird, USA. He also attended an Executive Management Program at the Harvard Business School and worked in the USA briefly before joining the family business in 2000. Through constant innovation and differentiation, NRRS forayed into Homecare, Aircare, and recently into spiritual products.
Having spearheaded many initiatives and innovations, Arjun aims to continue to grow the business ethically, collaboratively and sustainably. He is the current President of the All India Agarbathi Manufacturers Association (AIAMA); Chairman of Karnataka State Council - CII and Chairman of Grassroots Research and Advocacy Movement (GRAAM).
Mr. Pavan Ranga
Mr. Pavan Ranga is the Director of N. Ranga Rao & Sons Pvt. Ltd. & the Founder and CEO of Rangsons Electronics.
He holds an Engineering degree from SJ College of Engineering, Mysuru, an MBA from Illinois Institute of Technology and an Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.
He ranked 26th in a survey by Venture Outsource on ‘the most influential people globally in the Electronics Manufacturing industry’. A prominent member of CII, SMTA and IPC, he is on the boards of over 10 companies. Pavan is also a part of the group’s philanthropic initiatives.
Mr. Kiran Ranga
Mr. Kiran Ranga heads the Fragrances initiative of NR Group. Kiran is also the Director of NESSO (Natural and Essential Oils), a unit of NR Group that is into floral extraction.
He graduated from the University of Plymouth, UK specialising in Business and Perfumery and has an MBA from the Case Western Reserve University, USA. The Perfumery course is one-of-its-kind in the world.
Kiran’s expertise lies in Fragrance creation. He has created over 50 varieties of perfumes and fragrances. He is a member of FAFAI (Fragrances and Flavours Association of India).
Mr. Anirudh Murthy Ranga
Mr. Anirudh Ranga is the Chairman & Director of NESSO, the natural and essential oils extraction company in the Group and the Managing Partner of N. Ranga Rao & Sons Pvt. Ltd.
He is the third generation entrepreneur from the 70-year old family-run business.
He completed his engineering degree from SJ College of Engineering, Mysuru and an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California. Before joining NESSO, Anirudh had taken up projects at Rangsons Electronics (now Cyient DLM) and supported the strengthening of the Group’s electronic arm.
Mr. Vishnu Das Vasu Ranga
Mr. Vishnu Das Ranga serves on the Board of N. Ranga Rao & Sons Pvt. Ltd. as the Director of NR Group of Companies. After completing his under graduation at Purdue University and MBA at Cornell University, he joined the business in 2014.
Currently, Vishnu spearheads Vyoda, NR Group’s agri tech vertical to deliver affordable smart irrigation solutions. He also plays a major role in the finance function of the Group.
Besides playing a key role in the Group’s finance function, he has taken on the task of developing an online distribution channel for the Group.
